Great location, helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast, comfortable public areas.

Not one thing.

The room was clean and cozy, perfect for our romantic escape. We enjoyed the pleasant and helpful staff who gave us great tips for exploring the city. The location was ideal, close to a bus stop and useful businesses. Plus, the lower altitude allowed us to acclimate.

The windows didn't insulate the noise from the street, making it hard to sleep sometimes. The absence of air conditioning made the room hot and stuffy, which was not ideal for our romantic escape.

There might have been some noise experienced in the morning due to nearby construction works.

During Easter, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel that is just a short taxi ride away from a mall and a town center with plenty of restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were kept clean throughout my stay. the hotel also offered complimentary Wi-Fi which made it easy for me to stay connected with my loved ones.

My only complaint was that the road traffic noise outside was quite loud, which could be a bit disruptive at times. some of the rooms faced a large electronic billboard that would sometimes shine colors into the room via the blinds.
